Shopping Kro delivers to serviceable addresses across India.

Estimated delivery

Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Remote locations, public holidays, severe weather, courier disruptions, stock availability, or address issues may cause delays.

Order processing and tracking

After dispatch, tracking details will be provided by email, SMS, or the order-status page when available from the fulfilment partner or courier. Tracking may take time to update.

Shipping charges

Free shipping is available on orders of ₹1,999 or more. Any charge that applies to a lower-value order is shown at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and serviceable postcodes. Availability depends on the product, order value, and delivery location and is shown at checkout.

Delivery issues

Please provide complete and accurate delivery information. If a parcel arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears incomplete, email shopinggkor@gmail.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs. Keep the product and packaging until the issue is reviewed.
